Privacy policy

Effective 15 October 2026

This policy covers the private trehayes Google-account integration described on the homepage. It is operated for the account holder’s personal-assistant workflows, not as a public registration service.

Data accessed and purpose

With the account holder’s consent, the integration accesses basic account identity and the Gmail and Calendar data permitted by the granted OAuth scopes. This can include message content and metadata, drafts, attachments when requested, calendars, and event details. Access is used to carry out authorized tasks, such as finding correspondence, drafting replies, and managing schedules.

Processing and disclosure

Tasks run on operator-controlled systems and through configured service providers. Relevant task content may be sent to AI model providers or other services when needed for the authorized workflow. Google processes authentication and API requests. This public information website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process request metadata for delivery and security. The website does not itself receive mailbox content or OAuth credentials.

The operator does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is not used by the operator to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are stored in the encrypted gog credential store on the operator’s system. Task records, requested outputs, and relevant logs may be retained on operator-controlled systems or configured service providers for task completion and continuity. Retention depends on the workflow; this policy does not promise immediate deletion from logs or backups. Access is restricted to the operator and explicitly authorized access.

Your control and deletion

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically remove previously created outputs or logs. Contact tre@trauminc.com to request disconnection or deletion of retained data. Requests will be handled by the operator, including any relevant provider or backup limitations.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the integration’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
